RETURN POLICY
1. 14-day home proofing
We recommend taking your time to select the perfect print for your space. Be sure to measure carefully, and don’t hesitate to ask us if you have any questions. We offer a 14-day guarantee to test your artwork on the wall. If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund within that time frame, provided the artwork is returned in the same condition as when you received it.
PastelBrush will issue a full refund within 24 hours of receiving the returned product. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For more information or to arrange a return, please contact us at contact@PastelBrush.com.
2. Defective or damaged products
We take great pride in the quality of our products. However, if you receive a defective or damaged print, we will replace it free of charge and without delay.
If a damaged item or packaging arrives, please take a photo of the product, refuse delivery, and contact us immediately. If you notice damage after delivery, please contact us within 3 days of receipt at contact@PastelBrush.com, and our team will be happy to assist you.
All digital prints must exactly match the products shown on our website. If you are not satisfied with your print due to a misrepresentation of its appearance, please contact us by email to arrange a reprint—free of charge, of course! You are our priority.
3. Cancellations and changes
You can cancel or make changes to your order before it has been shipped. In this case, we will issue a full refund. Once the purchase has been shipped, cancellations or changes will no longer be possible. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, so we recommend making any cancellation or change requests as soon as possible.
