Edges of Light Painting on canvas

READY TO HANG: The painting Edges Of Light is a high-quality Giclée art print on canvas. You can choose between two formats: stretched on wooden bars (Gallery Wrap), ready to hang with included hardware, or rolled in a protective tube, ideal for custom framing. The rolled option is more affordable and can help save on costs if you plan to have the canvas framed at any local shop. We offer free shipping to the USA and Canada.
ORIGINAL WALL ART: Edges Of Light is a unique artwork, created exclusively by PastelBrush and available only through this gallery. It is not part of other art stores’ collections, which gives it a distinct sense of exclusivity and authenticity. This uniqueness makes the piece a distinctive choice for those who value originality over mass-produced designs.
PAINTED LOOK: Experience special feelings! Thanks to our Giclée printing technique, the print is almost like a traditional artwork, with everything from color clarity to brushstroke feel. It’s like having an original painting on your wall, but at a better price.
MADE IN THE USA: The artwork is sold as a high-quality print on Premium Fine Art 380g/m² Cotton Canvas (the same canvas used by traditional artists) and varnished like an original oil painting. Read more information about how we create our abstract Giclée prints: HERE >>

Description of the Painting

White planes collide and layer like pages from a book no one has finished writing — angular, overlapping, each edge casting a faint shadow that gives the whole composition its physical depth. Between them, charcoal and black interrupt without warning, negative spaces that do not recede but hold their ground, as necessary as the silence between words. Warm sand and amber breathe at the upper right, the only concession to colour in an otherwise achromatic world, like the last light on a wall at the end of a long afternoon. The paint is thick and directional, the brushmarks still visible as evidence of a hand that knew exactly what it was doing. A painting of pure visual tension — white against dark, plane against plane — resolved not by harmony but by the equilibrium of things that have found their balance through opposition.
